There are two copies of this photo amongst family records- probably one was sent to Harry Oakley and the other to his spinster sister, Amy. Written on the back of one is:
"Edwin Thomas Oakley Born in 1835 in London. Died in 1932. Father of John, Harry Amy Jane. His father owned Fortnum & Mason and previously Oakley & Scorer in London.
Photo taken in 1925, in the garden of 13 Park Rd, Richmond, Surrey."
Edwin Thomas Oakley, my great-great grandfather, died on February 27, 1932, at the age of 96 years.
